First up easybib, this site will help you create your bibliography. MLA is free but you have to pay an annual subscription, less than 10.00, if you need APA or other styles. This tool is worth the fee it will save you hours of headache inducing bibliography pages.
If you want to effectively study Cornell notes are a good way to do that. Here is a link to a Cornell notes site. You can find a template there as well as instructions on how to use them.
